Pete Shaw (3), Matthew Whitfield and Scott Anderson netted for the home side with Andrew Whyte (2) and Tom Hutchison replying for the Heathryfold Park outfit.
Forres Thistle will finish second bottom of the PMAC Group Superleague following their 3-0 home defeat by Lewis United. Martyn Paul, John Law and Jindrich Biskup were the men who did the damage.
Following Forres’ defeat, Maud’s 2-0 win against Ellon United at Pleasure Park ensured their safety thanks to goals from Luke Barbour (penalty) and Roy Noble.
